We will count on you to:

  • Assists with performing basic clerical functions, including but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, scanning, word processing and filing to assist colleagues.

  • Assists in the creation of presentations and program submission, including coverage specifications, in collaboration with colleagues.

  • Assists with monitoring the renewal and binder control system to ensure things are progressing according to schedule.

  • Maintains ongoing relationship with team colleagues to effectively service clients and assist the colleagues.

  • Understands and complies with compliance and transparency standards.

What you need to have:

  • Current student at a Canadian university or college

  • All majors considered

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
