As a result, the majority of our staff are hybrid and work both from home and onsite. Our current hybrid approach requires staff to work onsite a minimum of two days each week, every Tuesday and Wednesday, Hybrid staff are also welcome to come in additional days each week or may be asked to come in on other days by their manager.

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

Since 1983, FRONTLINE has served as PBS's flagship public affairs program. For over 40 seasons, FRONTLINE has established itself as America’s premiere investigative documentary journalism series, through incisive films covering the scope and complexity of the human experience.

The FRONTLINE editorial team oversees the production of roughly 20 programs each season.

JOB OVERVIEW

FRONTLINE is seeking an intellectually curious and hardworking student eager to learn and assist with the process of making a documentary program. This internship is an opportunity to work with broadcast and journalism professionals, to learn the intricacies of producing long-format investigative documentary television.

JOB-STATUS

Paid Internship $17/hour (Part-time)

LOCATION

This position can be Remote or Hybrid, (One Guest Street, Brighton, MA 02135).

INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

GBH internships provide students with valuable work experience and real-world knowledge across many different fields of study, from TV and radio production to web design, accounting, law, and other administrative areas.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

  • Internship dates: June 8th to August 14th.
  • Candidates must have their own computer and access to Wi-Fi.
  • Candidates must be in an Undergrad or Grad program and have work authorization for the United States.

Salary Range

$17.00 - $17.00

Compensation offered within this range is determined by skills, experience and internal pay equity.
