Who We’re Looking For:  

We’re seeking a motivated Contract & Compliance Intern to assist our Contract Specialist, and Director of Contracts & Compliance, to track and support on-going efforts to achieve corporate business diversity goals established by the Project Control department. Our new Contract & Compliance intern will serve as a liaison between the Director of Contracts & Compliance and professional service firms' staff and the prime contractors for all compliance-related needs. Our Contracts & Compliance Intern has strong organization and communication skills, is detail-oriented, and can work swiftly and accurately through various projects. 

 

What You’ll Do:  

Our new Contracts & Compliance Intern will provide guidance to staff based on established compliance processes and oversee the tracking of all compliance documents in Textura, and certified payroll in LCP Tracker. Under the direction of the Director of Contracts & Compliance, MCN Compliance Specialists will update, and review documentation related to contracts and compliance for use by staff, ensuring that all paperwork provided is accurate, and resolving issues as they arise. The Compliance Specialist also conducts routine quarterly reporting. If you are motivated by working efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with multiple project relationships and competing priorities, this is the perfect fit for you.  

 

What You Bring to The Table:  

  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels, both internal and external  
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  • Well versed in Excel and all MS Office Programs

What We Offer:  

  • Salary Range: $18.50-$28.00/hour
  • Internshipruns from June 1st to August 7th
