Im Geschäftsbereich Tenneco Braking wird eines der breitesten Portfolios an Reibmaterialien für Pkw, Nutzfahrzeuge, Schienengüter- und -personenverkehr, Industrie- sowie Motorsport angeboten. Die Produkte unterstützen Tier-1-Zulieferer und OEMs dabei, aktuelle und zukünftige Umweltanforderungen zu erfüllen.

 

Für den Standort Glinde (Schleswig-Holstein) wird ein/e Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Continious Improvement & 5S gesucht. 

 

 

Aufgaben:

 

  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der 5S Methodik in den Fachbereichen
  • Mitarbeit bei 5S Audits, Begehungen und Maßnahmenverfolgung
  • Dokumentation von Standards (z. B. 5S Checklisten, Arbeitsanweisungen, Markierungen)
  • Visualisierung von Arbeitsplätzen und Prozessen (Kennzeichnungen, Boards, Standards)
  • Schulungsunterstützung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden für 5S und Ordnung am Arbeitsplatz
  • Analyse von Verbesserungspotenzialen und aktive Mitarbeit an KVP-Maßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Continuous Improvement, Produktions- oder Logistikteam

 

 

Qualifikation: 

 

  • Immatrikuliert in einem relevanten Studiengang (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau/ Produktionstechnik, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt Produktion/ Lean)
  • Interesse an Lean Management, 5S, KVP und Prozessoptimierung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Hands on Mentalität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Produktions- oder Logistikumfeld von Vorteil
