By combining real-time analytics, intelligent automation, and a unified data foundation, we reduce noise, simplify complexity, and empower security teams to focus on what truly matters.

Our teams are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators committed to shaping the future of security. If you are excited to solve hard problems alongside talented, mission-driven people, we invite you to help us build a safer future for humanity.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.

As a SentinelOne Threat Advisor Intern, you will assist in ensuring a strong security posture is configured and maintained in client environments. You will be asked to assist in creating client-facing cybersecurity content. Additionally, the possibility of delivering this created content to clients.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include

  • Validation of Initial SentinelOne Configuration: You will assist with a console health check of the clients' environments as they onboard to start using SentinelOne services.
  • Ongoing SentinelOne Configuration Checks: Creating Cyber Threat Content: As the threat landscape changes day to day, we review what's going on in the world and create digestible client-facing content that can be acted on to better enhance security posture
  • Creating/gathering Client-facing Metrics: You will be assisting Threat Advisors in gathering service-related metrics that are important to the transparency of our operations
  • Identifying tailored recommendations: You will be assisting Threat Advisors by jumping into the SentinelOne console to extract data from multiple different points to create actionable insights
  • Assist in Escalations: Depending on the nature of the client escalation, collaborate with the team to investigate issues in the SentinelOne console or gather information from internal sources. Using this information to help in creating a plan of action to ensure the client is satisfied with the solution.
  • Client Communication: Depending on whether the communication is verbal or written, you may be allowed to present to clients or write a response with supervision in both cases.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • The desire to effectively communicate with clients: We will work on creating your voice identity and give you feedback to level up your verbal communication skills
  • A Client-First Mindset: We take pride in caring for our clients, as they trust us to keep them safe. They are not just a number
  • Fundamental Cyber Security concepts: CIA Triad, Essential Personal Protection Practices, Understanding of Key Threats (phishing,  Malware, insecure networks), Network Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Basic EDR concepts: Hashes, Mitigation actions, IOCs, TTPs
  • Foundational experience with security operations concepts
  • Strong writing skills
