About the Role

About the Role:

The General App role is designed to support the efficient delivery of healthcare services by managing and facilitating various administrative and operational tasks. This role supports compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies to uphold the highest standards of service quality and confidentiality. Ultimately, the General App position is integral to the smooth functioning of healthcare operations, enabling medical professionals to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and healthcare management software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in healthcare administration or related field.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or social assistance environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and privacy regulations such as HIPAA.
