Your seat at the table: Engineering Intern


You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to:


Design & Development Support

  • Assist in the design, prototyping, and development of engineering solutions 
  • Create and update technical drawings, models, and documentation using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 

Analysis & Problem Solving

  • Conduct research and gather data to support technical problem-solving 
  • Perform calculations, simulations, and basic analysis to inform engineering decisions 

Testing & Validation

  • Support system and product testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities 
  • Document test procedures, results, and findings 

Project & Team Collaboration

  • Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and project planning sessions 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution 

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain organized project documentation, records, and reports 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation efforts

Requirements

 We need this seat to have:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, etc.)
  • Familiarity with engineering principles, design processes, and tools
  • Basic proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD software and/or relevant programming languages 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and good organizational habits
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a hands-on environment
