Position Summary:
The APLD Intern is a part time, temporary position designed to provide students with hands on experience during the summer (May to August 2026) to support Applied Digital’s business operations. Interns are matched to teams based on their interests, background, and organizational needs and contribute to meaningful, project based work across departments such as IT, Accounting/Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, and Development.
This role offers exposure to APLD’s cross functional, collaborative environment, with opportunities to build foundational business and technical skills, receive mentorship, and gain insight into how digital tools, processes, and teams work together to support APLD’s mission. The internship is primarily based in Dallas, Texas, with remote participation available depending on team and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creative team in executing ongoing projects across video, social media campaigns, presentations, infographics, website content, and newsletters.
- Assist in designing social media graphics, marketing collateral, and internal/external communications.
- Contribute to presentation and deck creation for executive and corporate use.
- Help bring campaign concepts to life through clean, on-brand visual assets.
- Collaborate closely with the in-house creative and marketing team to maintain visual consistency across all channels.
- Assist with light motion graphics or video editing as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (junior or senior preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, modern design work
- Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
- Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Physical Requirements:
• Able to remain in a seated position for an extended period and to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. (office manuals, case notebooks, case files, case materials, standard boxes, report binders, etc.) as needed.
