Apoyar en los procesos de selección, colaborando con la búsqueda, evaluación y seguimiento de candidatos, enfocado en garantizar un proceso organizado y eficiente.

  • Revisar Hojas de vida y preseleccionar candidatos según el perfil requerido
  • Asistir entrevistas y tomar notas de los candidatos
  • Realizar acercamientos con los candidatos vía telefónica
  • Actualizar y organizar la información
  • Dar seguimiento a candidatos en cada etapa
