About the Role
Pay Range:$25.00 - $25.47 This position functions to provide administrative support for the Human Resources Division and will be tasked with working on projects and initiatives such as filing, scanning, marketing and applicant sourcing.

Key Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the Job

  • Scans paper files into DynaFile, our document management software.

  • Audits files and to ensure quality and accuracy of work.

  • Assists in providing support for any high priority projects identified by the Operations Director or CHRO.

  • Recruiting support may include: creating databases, scrubbing data, writing email scripts, creating campaigns, and managing candidate responses

  • Other duties as directed.

Additional Details:

Education/Experience Required

  • Highschool diploma/GED
  • Current college student, studying business, HR or marketing preferred
  • Previous work customer service or administrative experience preferred
