We're looking for individuals who are passionate and entrepreneurial, just like our clients. Specifically, we're looking for top-performers interested in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking.
As an Internal Audit Co Op, you will work full time alongside experienced audit professionals for the duration of the co op term (typically six months). You will be assigned real audit and risk related responsibilities, contribute to active projects, and gain practical experience applying academic concepts in a professional environment.
Unlike a short term internship, this co op role is designed to immerse you in day to day audit work, allowing you to develop technical skills, professional judgment, and a strong understanding of the financial services industry.

This paid co op position provides meaningful project work, mentorship from audit professionals, and exposure to multiple aspects of Internal Audit Services. Students who perform well and demonstrate strong alignment with the Bank’s values of integrity, teamwork, accountability, and excellence may be considered for future internship or full time opportunities.
What you'll need:
- Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
- An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
- To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
