What you´ll do

  • Support ticket dispatch and assignment for the HR Personnel Administration-Lifecycle Management Team
  • Update main process files, templates, and desktop procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Assign emails within the team's functional group mailbox for timely responses
  • Complete tickets in SAP HR by handling and processing them accurately and promptly
  • Initiate continuous improvement projects where applicable to enhance workflow effectiveness
  • Handle various administrative tasks as needed to support the team's operations smoothly

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related courses
  • Preferably with prior internship experience in Human Resources field
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
