About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital IT Engineer Intern to join our application development team. This role combines hands-on application development, workflow automation, and enterprise system integration in a fast-paced technology environment. You will gain real-world experience building internal and client-facing solutions that streamline business processes, moving beyond general support to drive technical innovation.

• Application Development: Participate in the development of digital applications and automation platforms, supporting initiatives that enhance the insurance customer experience.

Who We Are Looking For

• Academic Background: Undergraduate or Master’s students majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related technical disciplines.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in at least one backend programming language or technology stack, such as Python or Java.
• Modern Tooling: Eager to learn and apply modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and Git-based development workflows.
• Motivation: Strong interest in application development and process optimization, with a motivation to apply technology to solve complex business problems.
• Mindset: Ability to work on real production systems and collaborate effectively within a professional IT environment.
