Support recipe setup, tuning, and validation for new NAND technology flows.
Conduct structured experiments to assess tool and recipe sensitivity.
2. Data Analysis & Pattern Recognition
Analyze wafer maps, inspection datasets, and classification results to identify patterns, gaps, or coverage limitations.
Use data‑driven methods to summarize findings and recommend improvements.
Create automated scripts or dashboards to streamline recurring analysis tasks (optional but encouraged).
3. Process & Tool Interaction Studies
Work with RDA engineers to study the interaction between process conditions and inspection outcomes.
Participate in cross‑functional discussions with process, equipment, and metrology teams to understand factory flows and constraints.
4. Experiment Execution & Reporting
Support the execution of inline trials and engineering lots for detection evaluation.
Document experiment objectives, conditions, observations, and outcomes clearly.
Prepare concise summaries and slides for internal reviews.
5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work with module owners, integration engineers, and team leads to understand inspection requirements for emerging NAND nodes.
Join regular RDA or NPI working sessions to share updates and align on priorities.
