As a Talent Intern, you will work on end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across a range of roles and global markets. You will take ownership of selected hiring pipelines, with a strong focus on market research, talent mapping, and identifying high-quality candidates. You will analyse talent landscapes, uncover where top talent sits, and develop strategies to engage them effectively. This opportunity will allow you to generate and share insights that help teams make informed hiring decisions, while gaining exposure to end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
This role is great for someone interested in talent and how great companies build high-performing teams. You’ll analyse candidate pipelines, uncover insights on sourcing channels and market trends, and share learnings to inform future hiring decisions. Working closely with our talent team, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders, you’ll gain hands-on experience shaping teams and contributing to the future of the business.
