Job Title: R&D Intern – Regulatory & Operations Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated R&D Intern to support cross-functional initiatives within R&D operations and regulatory functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to global processes, including raw materials management, procurement support, and regulatory/digital operations, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to help achieve R&D objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in global raw materials management, including data tracking, documentation, and coordination
  • Provide support for contracting and procurement activities, ensuring alignment with internal processes
  • Contribute to regulatory and digital operations, including data entry, document management, and system updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, procurement, and operations)
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Assist in preparing reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support timely delivery of R&D goals

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
  • Basic understanding of Regulatory Affairs and R&D processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to regulatory documentation or compliance processes
  • Familiarity with digital tools or data management systems
  • Prior internship or academic project experience in R&D or regulatory functions
