Your Role
As a Summer Brand Intern at Gensler, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity.
This is a full-time program running from 30th June through 28th August 2026. You must be available for the entire duration of the program.
What You Will Do
- Work on a variety of brand identity, environmental graphics, signage, and wayfinding projects as a fully collaborative member of a the brand team, participating in all facets of a project from concept design to production
- Receive hands-on learning and collaborate with designers, architects, directors, and managers to plan, design, develop and gain real-world experience working with clients across a spectrum of industries and locations
- Enjoy the rich culture of our office and firm through educational sessions and mentorship opportunities that include lunch-and-learns, lectures, project tours and vendor presentations
- Produce graphic presentations, 2D graphics, elevations, and learn to create technical drawings
- Provide design support and throughout the project process and work with the brand to team to fully realise final designs
Your Qualifications
- You are currently enrolled in a Graphic Design or related Design Degree
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (experience with Figma and AI a plus)
- Experience using any 3-D computer rendering skills are a plus but not required (Enscape, V-ray, Sketch Up, 3-D Max, and/or other modeling software)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Work, and Outlook
- Hand sketching and illustration skills are a bonus
