General Information

During this administrative internship, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to managing, analyzing, and improving our information and data structures. You will participate in process optimization and, with your fresh perspective, provide valuable input for more efficient ways of working.

Your Responsibilities

Database Management & Information Analysis

  • Cleaning, updating, and optimizing the Microsoft Access database.

  • Identifying data discrepancies and proposing improvements.

  • Analyzing existing information processes and exploring opportunities for enhancement.

Administrative Support

  • Handling administrative processes related to incoming and outgoing repair items.

  • Processing registrations and other administrative records.

  • Investigating, organizing, and coordinating various operational matters.

Process Improvement

  • Updating existing procedures and forms.

  • Contributing ideas and solutions for administrative challenges.

  • Actively sharing insights and suggestions to make processes more efficient.

Your Profile

  • Experience with or affinity for Office 365, particularly Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access, or willingness to learn quickly.

  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and comfort with administrative tasks.

  • Not afraid to share ideas and contribute to improvements.

  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.

What We Offer

A fun and challenging internship where you will gain hands-on experience within an international organization.
We offer an internship allowance of €500 gross (MBO), €650 gross (HBO), or €750 gross (WO) based on a 40‑hour workweek. In addition, you can count on one fixed day off per month.

Travel costs? No problem. In addition to your student public transport pass, we reimburse 50% of all remaining travel costs.

You will gain practical experience in database management, information analysis, and operational processes. You will work in a team that welcomes your fresh insights and initiatives.
