About the Role

As a Paid Media Intern you will support the planning, buying, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta. In this role, you will take ownership of selected brands, executing campaigns across global markets while contributing to media planning and strategy, with guidance from the wider team. You will also monitor performance through regular reporting and implement ongoing optimisations to improve results.

 

The role involves analysing campaign performance, identifying insights from creative, targeting, and audience behaviour, and sharing these learnings with wider teams to inform future content and media decisions. You will work closely with the digital team as well as media partners from Meta, TikTok, and Google, with opportunities to present insights to senior stakeholders, while gaining exposure to global markets and collaborating with teams around the world.
