About the Role
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>About DrinkPrime:</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;">We're DrinkPrime, a startup based in Bengaluru that's all about making clean, safe, and healthy drinking water accessible to everyone. We provide cutting-edge IoT-enabled customized water purifiers on a subscription basis, and we currently serve more than one lakh users across Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, and Hyderabad. So why not come and be a part of our journey towards a better future?</p><div><br><strong>Role Overview</strong><br>The Key Account Management Intern will play a critical role in ensuring smooth service delivery and<br>operational excellence for our commercial clients. This position involves close collaboration with the<br>Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to manage client accounts, coordinate operational tasks,<br>support invoicing workflows, and maintain high service standards. This internship provides hands-on<br>experience across multiple business functions and is ideal for someone looking to build a strong<br>foundation in operations, client service, and account management.<br>Roles and Responsibilities:<br><br><strong>1. Operational Coordination -</strong> Monitor and track pending service jobs, coordinate technician visits,<br>maintain job records, and support timely escalation resolution to ensure smooth service delivery.<br><strong>2. Key Account Data Management -</strong> Maintain and update all key account records—including installations,<br>uninstallations, device movements, and billing—to ensure accurate data and seamless client servicing.<br><strong>3. Invoicing & Finance Coordination -</strong> Assist with preparing accurate invoices, coordinating with Finance<br>for updates, reconciling payment details, and ensuring all billing aligns with agreed commercial terms.<br><strong>4. Payment Follow-Ups & Tracking -</strong> Send timely payment reminders, maintain accurate tracking sheets,<br>coordinate with Finance for reconciliation, and ensure proactive follow-ups to minimize collection delays.<br><strong>5. Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration - </strong>Maintain clear client communication, coordinate<br>with internal teams, support account managers with timely data, and help strengthen long-term key<br>account relationships.<br><br><strong>Skills & Qualifications</strong><br><br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills<br>• Good coordination and organizational abilities<br>• Basic proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets<br>• Strong follow-up discipline and time management<br>• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively across teams<br>• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow</div>
