Per il potenziamento dell’area Customer & Market Insights (focus Rare Business Unit) , siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa junior da inserire in stage, gradita pregressa esperienza anche maturata tramite stage, tirocini o prime esperienze professionali in ambito analisi dati, market intelligence o business analytics.

La risorsa sarà inserita nel team di Business Intelligence e supporterà le attività di analisi di mercato e data analytics, contribuendo alla generazione di insight strategici a supporto delle decisioni di business.

Lo stage rappresenta un’opportunità di crescita in un contesto biofarmaceutico dinamico, con forte esposizione ai processi decisionali.

Attività

La risorsa, sotto la supervisione del Manager, sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:

Supporto all’analisi dei dati di mercato e delle performance commerciali
Collaborazione alle attività di forecasting e pianificazione
Generazione di insight a partire da dati quantitativi e qualitativi
Elaborazione di reportistica periodica e analisi ad hoc
Preparazione di presentazioni e materiali di sintesi per stakeholder interni
Supporto alla costruzione di slide deck e Business Review
Collaborazione con team Marketing, Sales e funzioni cross‑functional per la lettura integrata dei dati
Supporto alle attività di data quality e data management
Supporto a progetti di Customer Facing Excellence (CRM/Reporting)

Requisiti

Laurea (triennale o magistrale) in Economia, Statistica, Data Science, Ingegneria gestionale o discipline affini
Pregressa esperienza, anche maturata tramite:
- stage extracurricolari o curriculari
- tirocini o prime esperienze professionali
  in ambito Customer / Market Insights, Business o Data Analytics
Spiccate capacità analitiche e interesse per il lavoro sui dati
Interesse per il settore farmaceutico/biofarmaceutico
Ottima padronanza di Excel e PowerPoint
Gradita familiarità o precedente esperienza con:
- Veeva CRM
- Power BI
- altri strumenti di Business Intelligence e data visualization
Elevata attenzione al dettaglio e precisione
Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
