About the Role

Sky Italia ricerca una risorsa da inserire in stage all’interno del team Business Operations – Customer Care & Teleselling, offrendo l’opportunità di maturare un’esperienza professionale in un contesto dinamico, strutturato e fortemente customer oriented.

La risorsa collaborerà e supporterà il team nelle attività dell’area Customer Care, Teleselling e Learning & Development, contribuendo ai processi di coordinamento operativo, formazione, analisi delle performance e sviluppo dei progetti.

Principali attività

  • Supporto alle attività di coordinamento del Customer Care e dei Partner di Sky
  • Raccolta di insight dai collaboratori esterni, agendo come punto di raccordo rispetto alle esigenze CRM e del cliente
  • Contributo al monitoraggio delle attività di Customer Care
  • Implementazione e aggiornamento della reportistica sui principali KPI di Customer Care e Teleselling
  • Collaborazione con i team di direzione e le funzioni aziendali coinvolte (es. Marketing Business)
  • Supporto al team nello sviluppo e nella gestione dei progetti
  • Supporto alle attività dell’area Training / Learning & Development

Requisiti richiesti

  • Spiccate capacità relazionali, proattività e flessibilità
  • Competenze di analisi e problem solving
  • Attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi
  • Ottima conoscenza di Office 365, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
  • Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione
  • Approccio customer oriented
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
