Marketing Operations Intern (Full-Time)

Location: Chalfont St Giles, United Kingdom (Hybrid) 

Office: GE HealthCare – Pollards Wood, Nightingales Lane, Chalfont St Giles HP8 4SP 

Contract: Full-Time Internship 

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours

Job Description Summary 

At GE HealthCare, we are building a healthier world by advancing precision care. As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will support the International Marketing team by contributing to key operational pillars: Strategy, Content, and Digital. 

 

During this internship, you will actively participate in a wide variety of marketing projects that support the delivery of the International Marketing Plan, gaining experience in a global, B2B environment. This role is designed to provide valuable professional experience for an early career marketeer looking to build a strong foundation in marketing operations. 

 

The Role 

Throughout the internship, you will actively contribute to diverse marketing projects, helping ensure the successful delivery of international marketing initiatives across multiple regions. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

- Support the core operational pillars of the International Marketing team: Strategy, Content, and Digital. 

- Support and optimise marketing processes by identifying inefficiencies, reducing manual tasks, and improving data flows. 

- Contribute to a variety of marketing projects that support the delivery of the International Marketing Plan. 

- Support process documentation, including workflows, templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures. 

- Assist with automation initiatives to streamline marketing operations (e.g. reporting automation, workflow setup, data clean-up processes). 

- Collaborate with international stakeholders in a global, matrixed B2B environment. 

- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Intern.

Who You Are 

You are an early career marketing professional eager to gain practical experience in an international marketing environment. 

- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

- Comfortable working in a hybrid work model. 

- Excellent written and verbal English. 

- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn. 

 

Nice to Have 

- Basic understanding of marketing principles or operations. 

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Smartsheets) and presenting results clearly through structured reports, tables, and dashboards to support stakeholder discussions.
