Global Finance and CARE Franchise are looking for an intern to join Finance Care Team.

CARE Franchise is the HQ organization responsible for managing a €0.9 bn business, primarily in Specialty Care, with a significant presence also in the Consumer Healthcare segment. The CARE Franchise leads the development and execution of end‑to‑end strategies across its portfolio, including new Therapeutic Areas, as part of the Franchise Strategic Plan for the coming decades. Is accountable for defining and delivering the short‑ and long‑term Global P&L, working in close collaboration with Regions, Global Marketing & Development (GMD), and R&D

The Finance Business Partner in CARE acts as the key link between Finance and the Franchise, supporting strategic decisions through financial analysis and insights. The role works cross‑functionally with Global Finance, CARE, Supply, Strategy, and the Leadership Team, translating numbers into actionable insights and contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning

You’ll be involved in:

Short‑ and long‑term planning:

  • support data collection, analysis, and the preparation of financial files and presentations used in planning cycles.

Reporting and dashboards:

  • prepare monthly performance reports and variance analyses (Actual vs Budget/Forecast), identifying key financial and operational performance drivers.

Portfolio performance support:

  • contribute to performance monitoring and identification of rationalization opportunities within the Other Brands product portfolio.

Business partnering:

  • participate in Finance and CARE team meetings, gaining exposure to how Finance supports and influences business decision‑making.

You will need to have

  • Economic or Engineering Master's Degree
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes (knowledge of SAP will be a plus)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written). An study experience aborad will be consider a plus
