About the Role

Job Purpose

Join our team as an Intern in Sourcing and Procurement!

Job Description

  • Making sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available,
  • Checking if purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and if not, reports to the Project Procurement Manager,
  • Expediting bids,
  • Negotiation with the short listed / selected supplier,
  • Preparing the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality,
  • Continuously communicating order status with internal stakeholders, and ensure accuracy of system data.

  • Ability to work in a team environment,
  • Giving and taking constructive feedback well,
  • Maintaining a high professional standard and promote good team dynamics,
  • Ability to handle dynamic work environments.
  • Good communication skills.
