Work you’ll do

As part of Deloitte Singapore Talent Acquisition team, which delivers recruitment strategy and execution of the Campus Recruitment (Singapore) strategy, you will contribute to the team by focusing on early identification of candidates in their academic career through internship and full-time opportunities (for graduates)

Your role as an Intern 

  • Act as the main liaison for candidates, university student clubs, and internal business stakeholders.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, strengthening Deloitte’s presence on campus and enhancing both internal and external visibility.
  • Deliver employer branding and talent initiatives by engaging students and positioning Deloitte as an employer of choice (e.g., organising recruitment drives, campus networking events, and student club collaborations).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews as well as orientation sessions for interns and graduate hires.
  • Plan, manage, and execute engagement activities and programmes for interns.
  • Gather, analyse, and present meaningful insights from HR data in management reports.
  • Support other talent-related projects, including drafting communications and organising initiatives and events.

 

Requirements

  • Students from Business Administration/Human Resource Management related disciplines are welcome to apply
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship of 6 months; longer commitments will be an advantage.
  • Committed and passionate about driving talent initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter, meticulous and well organized – efficient in planning, coordination and follow-up
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Handle sensitive information and analyze large volume of data responsibly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and data visualization tools will be preferred
