About the Role

At the 25hours Hotel Zurich West, you won’t experience a typical hotel routine – instead, you’ll be part of a creative environment where personality matters and teamwork is truly lived. To support our Front Office Management Team, we are currently looking for a committed individual for an internship with responsibility, starting immediately.

Job Description

How does your working day look like...

 

  • You actively support the smooth operation of the Front Office and ensure our quality standards are met
  • You contribute to guest satisfaction – from the first impression to the professional handling of feedback and complaints
  • You review cash balances and daily closings and gain insight into the financial side of the Front Office
  • You work closely with the Administration Manager in accounts receivable
  • You assist with monthly and annual closings as well as inventories in the Front Office and the shop
  • You coordinate our external cleaning company and ensure smooth collaboration
  • You take responsibility for correspondence and reservations
  • You support the posting and reconciliation of daily closings

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

  • Studies or vocational training in hospitality, tourism, or a comparable field
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a structured way of working
  • Enjoyment in dealing with people and a strong service mindset
  • Affinity for numbers and an interest in business and operational processes
  • Very good command of German and English
