The New Business (Operations) Intern will support the credit application processing activities of Bank’s New Business function and will collaborate closely with the other functions, assisting in the optimum execution of the necessary activities.  

 

What awaits you?

  • Manage the bank’s physical document archive
  • Prepare contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal requirements.
  • Review contractual and supporting documents for completeness and compliance.
  • Perform system and Excel checks to validate data accuracy.
  • Conduct AML and Coin checks in line with regulatory standards.
  • Support contract booking activities in relevant systems.
  • Order contract-related services as required.
  • Support New Business processes
  • Manage pending items resulting from contract booking.
  • Maintain the bank’s physical document archive

 

What should you bring along?

  • Self-motivation mindset and high organizational skills.
  • Cooperative attitude and willingness to contribute to team efforts.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
