This role is for individuals eager to influence business strategies through consumer research, market insights, and advanced data analytics. Position Highlights As a Digital Consumer Data Analyst Intern at Procter & Gamble, you will play a crucial role in analyzing digital consumer data to uncover insights that drive strategic business decisions for our iconic brands. Collaborating with teams in Marketing, IT, Finance and Sales, you will generate actionable insights and explore new business growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various digital consumer touchpoints (e.g., survey & digital consumer platforms).

· Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of digital consumer data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

· Work closely with the Digital consumer team and brands to plan consumer knowledge studies.

· Collaborate with external agencies in executing program activations.

· Set up data extraction requirements based on category demands, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for seamless data transfers.

· Provide the digital consumer team and other stakeholders with actionable insights by updating existing reports and conducting ad-hoc analyses.

· Analyze data from the digital consumer database to develop consumer profiles and insights that support category needs.

Job Qualifications

To qualify for the position, you should have:

· Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in marketing, statistics, data science, business management, or a related field.

· Strong analytical skills and a passion for consumer understanding and market insights.

· Proficient in SQL for querying the data lake and performing data transformations.

· Knowledge of Python for advanced data manipulation and analysis.

· Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI to present data findings effectively

· Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English.

· Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and a proactive approach to challenges.

· A curiosity-driven mindset with a commitment to impactful results.

· Prior experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust) are a plus.
