The intern will perform metallurgical laboratory activities, including routine and failure analysis, and support quality engineering tasks on heat treat lines. They will also create inspection methods, participate in FMEA and control plan development, and conduct non-destructive testing.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up scrap rate.
  • Follow up measurement equipment calibration schedule.
  • Support MQE with improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of quality tools
  • Root cause analysis knowledge

Your Qualifications

  • Education: Industrial Engineer or similar
  • Required Experience: Desired
  • English: Advanced
  • Availability: Flexible time to work
  • Required Technical Knowledge: Core tools, six sigma
