Are you ready for a new challenge in our E-Commerce & Omnichannel team?:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Analytics Intern.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on projects related to digital experience analysis and digital data collection, gaining hands-on experience in the field of digital analytics.
What can you learn with us?:
Digital Experience Analytics:
- Collaborate to set up and configure the Digital Experience Analytics Platform for effective data tracking and analysis;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key behavioural metrics on a Digital Experience perspective;
- Measure and analyze user behaviour, engagement, and conversion to optimize user journeys and enhance digital experience.
Data Collection:
- Work with analytics tools to gather clean and reliable data for actionable insights.
General support:
- Collaborate with the Digital Analytics team on various projects and tasks as needed, gaining exposure to a wide range of analytics activities (ie: A/B tests, personalization of navigation, etc..)
- Generate and present reports on key performance indicators creating visualizations that effectively communicate data insights
- Manage and facilitate communication with external agencies to ensure smooth collaboration on analytics-related projects.
Do you have these qualifications and skills?:
- Degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business Analytics, or Information Technology;
- Strong interest in digital analytics and data-driven decision-making;
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics and Decibel or ContentSquare;
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of behavioural analytics concepts and methodologies.
