About the Role

What You'll Do:

We are looking for a Finance & Strategy Data Analyst Intern to support cross-functional initiatives for our Corporate Finance and Corporate Strategy team through building advanced analytic models.  This internship is designed for candidates interested in how financial data and business insights are used to inform strategic decision-making and enable AI-driven use cases. 

The intern will work closely with Finance and Corporate Strategy teams to help structure, analyze, and document financial and business data that supports forecasting, scenario analysis, and emerging AI applications. 

  • Support Finance and Corporate Strategy teams with data-driven analyses related to performance, growth, and strategic initiatives 

  • Assist in building and maintaining financial datasets and models used for planning, forecasting, and decision support 

  • Translate business and financial questions into clear analytical approaches 

  • Assist in preparing clean, well-documented financial and strategic datasets for advanced analytics and AI use cases 

  • Help define and document key metrics, assumptions, and data transformations used in models 

  • Support exploratory analysis to identify trends, anomalies, or drivers relevant to strategic decisions 

  • Perform data validation and reconciliation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency 

  • Help document data sources, definitions, and limitations to support transparency and reuse 

  • Contribute to the development of repeatable analytical workflows and dashboards 

  • Partner with Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Analytics teams on ad hoc projects 

  • Participate in discussions with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and outcomes 

  • Present findings and insights in a clear, concise manner tailored to a business audience 

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Comfort working with data at scale in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools 

  • Detailed working knowledge of SQL, Python, or another data/analytics languages 

  • Curiosity to build AI use cases, making the complex more simple 

  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across teams 

  • Coursework or experience in financial modeling, corporate strategy, or analytics 

  • Interest in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics applications in business 

  • Familiarity with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) 

  • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
