Marketing & Communication Internship

We are offering an internship in the Campus Switzerland Office within the Innovative Medicine Principle Operations (IMPO) organization.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative intern for a 4-month placement to support the Marketing and Communications team and the Change and Communications team. This role offers valuable hands-on experience across marketing, communication and change management and provides exposure to a broad range of tasks and topics, offering the opportunity to develop professional skills and gain practical experience for future career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal communications, such as drafting newsletters and deploying employee communications across different platforms.

  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation and social media engagement.

  • Help organise and coordinate company events, from logistics and attendee management to post-event follow-up.

  • Support strategic change and communications initiatives.

  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and contribute to ongoing projects.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Interest in marketing, communications, and event planning.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
