About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented IT Intern to join the team in St. Louis, MO! You will spend the summer diving into the core engine of our business operations. This role is a unique hybrid of software development and business system analysis. You will be working within our Epicor (ERP) environment, learning how a global business manages everything from supply chain to finance, while using .NET to build custom solutions and integrations. This is the perfect role for an aspiring Developer who wants to see how code directly impacts a company's bottom line and learn from a team of seasoned enterprise experts.

What You'll Do: 

  • ERP (Epicor) Support: Assist in the day-to-day management of our ERP (Epicor) environment - help troubleshoot user issues, manage data integrity, and learn the business logic that keeps our operations running. Learn how a single transaction flows through Epicor and touches manufacturing, distribution, sales operations, and finance.
  • Custom .NET Development: Get hands-on with C# and the .NET framework to build customizations, automate reports, and create integrations that extend the power of Epicor.
  • Business Analysis: Work with different departments to understand their workflows and translate their needs into technical requirements and functional tools.

What You'll Need:      

  • Current Junior/Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related IT infrastructure field 
  • 2 years of demonstrated work experience required and at least 1 year working in the field related to degree, preferred
  • Foundational understanding of object-oriented programming, specifically with C# / .Net and enjoy the challenge of building robust, scalable code
  • Comfortable digging into complex databases and logic to find where a process is breaking down 
  • Possess strong communication skills and excellent problem solver
