Mission Overview:

As part of the Global HR Digital & Analytics team, the apprentice will contribute to the operational excellence of our HR digital platforms/solutions (mainly SAP SuccessFactors) by providing Level 1 and Level 2 support, ensuring data quality, and coordinating digital initiatives related to master data and referential integrity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Support (Level 1 & 2)

  • Respond to user requests and incidents related to HR digital tools (global & EMEA regional level).
  • Escalate complex issues to regional or global support teams.
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to FAQ or knowledge base updates.
  • Support the implementation of annual HR processes in link with the EMEA regional manager (Performance Review, Development Review, People Review, etc.)

Data Quality & Referential Management

  • Review, maintain and optimize dropdown lists and referential values (e.g., job titles, locations, cost centers).
  • Collaborate with HR Digital & Analytics team to ensure clean data at the source.

Coordination & Project Support

  • Support digital HR projects by coordinating stakeholders and tracking actions.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new features or data corrections.
  • Help prepare documentation and training materials for end-users, including through digital adoption tool.
 

 

Profile:

  • Student in HRIS, Digital HR, Data Management, or related field. Ideally, you have had a successful first experience in this field.
  • Strong interest in HR technologies and data governance.
  • Excellent knowledge of data bases and data analysis tools (like Excel…)
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and English.
