Job Description

This role offers a range of $21 to $24 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Intern to work at one of our locations.  This position will report to the General Manager. As an Administrative Assistant Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing customer orders and determining acceptable customer requirements
  • Scheduling warehouse shipments to plant
  • Communicating to Customer Service on delivery times to customers

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Have 6 months to a year of administrative work in production
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have some SAP experience
  • Have proficient computer skills

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of production processes
  • Previous experience in the ink industry
