About the Role
Overview

The FSI Sales & Industry Enablement Intern will support Adastra’s Financial Services sales organization by contributing to seller enablement, industry offering development, and clientadjacent business analysis. This internship is designed to provide handson exposure to enterprise sales and gotomarket strategy while delivering real commercial value to the business.

 

Interns work closely with Account Executives and Industry Experts to transform research, insights, and fragmented information into structured, sellerready outputs that improve pursuit quality, accelerate offering development, and increase seller capacity.

 

Primary Location: Toronto, ON

Work Model: Hybrid 3-Days Onsite

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Account Executives and pursuit teams with account, industry, and stakeholder research
  • Assist with RFP and RFI support, including requirements analysis and response coordination
  • Maintain CRM hygiene to ensure opportunities are tracked accurately and pipeline visibility is maintained
  • Prepare sellerready briefing materials synthesizing client context, objectives, and key risks
  • Conduct market, regulatory, and competitive research to support Financial Services industry offerings
  • Help translate research findings into usable gotomarket assets such as POVs, onepagers, and solution outlines
  • Shadow discovery sessions and internal deal reviews to capture and synthesize clientadjacent insights
  • Document win/loss themes, objection patterns, and deal learnings to support institutional knowledge capture
  • Participate in team meetings, weekly prioritization sessions, and program checkins
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to structure and synthesize information
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams
  • Interest in enterprise sales, consulting, or Financial Services

NICE TO HAVE

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience with research, strategy, or business analysis through coursework or prior internships
  • Interest in Data, AI, or technologyenabled consulting environments
