About this Position
Fully integrated, highly networked: As a Henkel Intern, you will gain practical experience and exposure to collaborate with industry experts for an international leader that defines the future of tomorrow’s market. Meanwhile you can rely on continuous support by members of the HR department and your mentor/ supervisor, who is an experienced member of your department. - Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Monitor and provide updates on order delivery status to enhance customer satisfaction
- Generate and print invoice copies with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate current promotions and deals to customers promptly and accurately
- Liaise with the warehouse team to resolve any issues and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist with releasing billing blocks and generating necessary reports from SAP, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness
- Create and distribute weekly Open Order Reports and daily Stock On Hand (SOH) & Goods Receipt (GR) Reports using SAP systems
What makes you a good fit
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying
- Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses
- Knowledge in MS Office software required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); SAP and VBA is highly preferred
- Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
