This role is ideal for a currently enrolled student who wants exposure to how digital campaigns are executed in a large organization — focusing on process, organization, and follow‑through, rather than strategic decision‑making.
The intern will help ensure campaigns, content, and assets move smoothly from planning to approval to launch.

- Update trackers regularly to reflect where each item is in the process.
- Flag missing inputs, delays, or pending actions to the manager.
- Help ensure nothing “falls through the cracks.”
Approvals & Admin Support
- Assist with routing materials for internal review and approval.
- Track who has approved, who is pending, and what revisions are required.
- Keep approval records organized and up to date.
- Support basic documentation needed before content goes live.
Agency & Team Coordination
- Support coordination between:
- Internal marketing team members
- External creative or media partners
- Help schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and share reminders.
- Assist with organizing feedback and updated versions of materials.
Reporting & Documentation
- Help consolidate inputs into simple weekly or monthly summaries (status updates, open items, next steps).
- Assist in organizing shared folders, links, and documents.
- Support slide decks or spreadsheets used for internal updates.
General Digital Marketing Support
- Provide admin support across various digital activities such as:
- Social media content
- Influencer marketing coordination
- Online campaign executions
- Gain exposure to how digital marketing campaigns operate from start to finish in a regulated, corporate environment.
Who This Internship Is For
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
- Able to balance internship responsibilities with academic schedule.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Comfortable doing structured and tracking work.
- Reliable, responsive, and able to follow instructions closely.
- Interested in how digital marketing works behind the scenes.
Skills & Tools (Nice to Have, Not Required)
- Comfortable with:
- Excel or Google Sheets
- PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Microsoft Teams or similar tools
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms is helpful but not required.
