- 상업용 부동산 (오피스, 리테일, 개발부지 등) 매입 및 매각 자문 업무 수행 
- 시장 조사 및 분석  
- 프로젝트 수주에 필요한 전략 수립 지원 
- 마케팅 자료 작성, 계약서 검토, 매입매각 프로세스 업무 지원 
- 프로젝트 관리 및 투자자 마케팅 업무 지원
