About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join the Human Resources team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island

  • Assist in managing employee accommodation (allocation, records, issue resolution)
  • Support employee welfare programs and engagement activities
  • Handle queries related to accommodation, facilities, and well-being
  • Maintain records of welfare initiatives and accommodation details
  • Maintain and update records of accommodation, welfare activities, and complaints
  • Conduct regular inspections of accommodation and report issues
  • Assist in resolving grievances related to accommodation and welfare
  • Support emergency arrangements (temporary stays, medical or travel assistance)

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or related field
  • Interest in employee welfare, well-being, and facilities management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee concerns with empathy and confidentiality
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office) and record-keeping ability
