About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join the Human Resources team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island.
- Assist in managing employee accommodation (allocation, records, issue resolution)
- Support employee welfare programs and engagement activities
- Handle queries related to accommodation, facilities, and well-being
- Maintain records of welfare initiatives and accommodation details
- Maintain and update records of accommodation, welfare activities, and complaints
- Conduct regular inspections of accommodation and report issues
- Assist in resolving grievances related to accommodation and welfare
- Support emergency arrangements (temporary stays, medical or travel assistance)
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or related field
- Interest in employee welfare, well-being, and facilities management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive employee concerns with empathy and confidentiality
- Basic computer skills (MS Office) and record-keeping ability
