About the Role

About Eucalyptus

We’re on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We’re here to build better long-term care.

Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story:
  • 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree.
  • Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
  • Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS.
  • Tailored our offering to thousand of patients in Germany and Japan

Eucalyptus has recently agreed to be acquired by Hims & Hers, a move that will help accelerate our international expansion and bring our model of personalised, preventative healthcare to even more people globally.

About the role

We’re hiring MBA interns to join Eucalyptus as Strategy Associates over the summer, or part-time during term.

This is a unique opportunity to step inside one of the fastest-growing digital health companies and own high-priority projects with real commercial and strategic impact. You’ll work directly with senior leaders across the business to tackle mission-critical initiatives spanning market expansion, commercial strategy, customer journey improvements, and post-acquisition integration.

This is not a shadowing role. It’s a hands-on internship where you’ll be expected to take a project from idea through to execution, and help us build the future of healthcare along the way.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead one or more high-impact strategic projects, scoping, validating, and executing alongside senior stakeholders
  • Work across cross-functional teams including Growth, Product, and Operations to drive outcomes
  • Solve business-critical problems in areas such as operations optimisation with AI, market expansion, partnerships, or patient journey improvement
  • Develop frameworks, insights, or tools that can scale beyond your internship
  • Contribute to our operating rhythm by tracking KPIs, preparing leadership materials, and helping shape strategy
  • Bring a strong point of view, challenge assumptions, and help turn ambiguity into action

About you

Skills & experience

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program at London Business School or another top-tier institution
  • 4–8 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, or fast-paced startups
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, confident in Excel / Google Sheets, with bonus points for SQL
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders quickly
  • A track record of owning projects end-to-end and turning insight into action

Mindset & behaviours

  • You’re entrepreneurial: you move fast, ask smart questions, and figure things out
  • You love building: systems, playbooks, models, and business cases
  • You’re energised by ambiguity: you can take a blank sheet of paper and turn it into something valuable
  • You care about impact: you want your work to move the needle, not just sit in a slide deck

Why join Eucalyptus

  • Work directly with senior operators: this is an apprenticeship-style internship with high exposure
  • Own meaningful work: you’ll lead something important from start to finish
  • Explore the future of health: help us rethink how people manage chronic conditions and preventative care
  • Get exposure to an acquisition up close: you’ll be supporting during a key transition period for the business, which very few startups experience
  • Get a foot in the door: we’re growing fast and love to convert high-performers into long-term team members
  • Work flexibly: hybrid working from our Old Street office and remote as needed

At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. If you need any adjustments in the interview process, just let us know—we’re here to help.
