Join us as Intern in Expense Administration (6 months)
Start date: August 2026
Responsibilities:
As an intern in the Expense Administration Team at Brown Brothers Harriman in Luxembourg, you will assist with handling queries related to invoices, expense reports, ABFs, budgets, TER, fund events, and other financial reporting tasks while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and client expectations. You will also support the team’s client-facing activities by collaborating with global clients, internal departments, and external stakeholders (such as management companies, investment managers, and auditors), gaining hands-on exposure to investment fund operations through the use of advanced technology solutions for process automation.
As an intern in the Expense Administration Team, you will closely work with global team and the clients, using modern tools and learn about investment fund operations in regards expenses.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Pursuing Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present complex and sensitive issues.
Organized, attention to detail.
Communicates effectively.
PC proficiency, specifically in MS Excel.
Maintains confidentiality.
Good at project management
Fluent in English.
In order to be eligible you must meet the following criteria:
Available for a minimum of 6 months.
Internship required for graduation.
Formal signed internship agreement provided by university.
