About the Role

Job Description

Job responsibility

  • Develop, implement and maintain digital tools to improve efficiency of equipment calibration/maintenance and inventory management process within Singapore laboratory operations.

  • Using data analytics concept/tools to analyse and recommend improvement for equipment performance and inventory demand and supply needs.

  • Participate in end-to-end management of laboratory inventory, including quotation request from vendors, purchasing, receiving and storage, inventory monitoring and disposal of used/expired chemicals and other laboratory consumables.

  • Maintain laboratory inventory stores with good 5S practices.

  • Understand laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance requirement and ensure release of equipment for use within the stipulated due date.

  • Learn and apply site contractor management requirement for laboratory vendors.

  • Actively participate in logistical arrangement with the laboratories and vendors to enable timely equipment calibration/maintenance.

  • Ensure end-to-end management of archival, retrieval and disposal of pharmaceutical retain samples.

  • Practice Safety and cGMP according to site/global procedures and relevant regulations.

  • Close collaboration with the stakeholders to identify and execute safety, quality and productivity improvement opportunities.

  • Develop, update and maintain Power BI and any other computer applications to improve work processes.

  • Perform data analysis and present data to Quality leadership team.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in Science/Engineering or Relevant major/minor in computing & data analysis

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power App and Power BI). Added advantage for candidates with programming language skills.

  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic

  • Self-motivated and Sense of responsibility

  • Good interpersonal skills / Team Player

*Internship duration is of a minimum 6 months, starting from May-July to December 2026.
