Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

Job Description:

  • Assist in coordinating international employee assignments, including managing work permits, visas, and compliance documentation.
  • Support the calculation and analysis of expatriate compensation and benefits in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Conduct research on country-specific tax, social security, and employment regulations to support the international mobility team.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing reports related to international assignments and mobility programs.
  • Assist in organizing briefing sessions and provide administrative support for assignment-related projects and initiatives.
     

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in international mobility, global assignments, and cross-cultural work environments.
  • Basic understanding of international assignment processes, expatriate compensation, and tax/social security regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
