Job Description Summary

The Project and Events Planning Support Executive will assist in the coordination and execution of various project and event-related activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to industry-relevant tools, communication practices, teamwork dynamics, and problem‑solving methods. Candidates will gain practical experience while contributing to real-world projects and supporting team objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Events Support: Assist in project and event planning activities, including research, data analysis, scheduling, documentation, and logistical coordination.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional team members to contribute to group discussions, project deliverables, and overall team objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify challenges, analyze issues, and propose practical solutions to improve team efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively acquire knowledge through hands‑on tasks, industry exposure, and guidance from team members.
  • Communication: Support the creation of project-related documentation, presentations, and reports with clear and effective communication.
  • Industry Insight: Develop an understanding of industry trends, best practices, and the operational environment through active involvement in team initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Events Management, Communications, or related fields (or currently pursuing one, if internship).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team setting and contribute positively to group goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic proficiency in data analysis, critical thinking, and structured problem‑solving.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with project management software is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and good time management.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn, handle new challenges, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Professional Attitude: Proactive, responsible, and eager to contribute to team success.
