Tencent Games was established in 2003. We are a leading global platform for game development, operations and publishing, and the largest online game community in China.
Tencent Games has developed and operated over 140 games. What the Role Entails

  • Assist in analyzing emerging application scenarios and technological evolution within the Game AI domain and other cutting-edge technology fields.

  • Support information gathering, data collection, and the drafting of research reports.

  • This is a regular internship role. Please note that there is no guaranteed full-time headcount upon completion. The position is designed to provide a substantive learning and development experience.

Who We Look For

- Preferred Academic Background

  • A strong academic foundation from top-tier institutions is highly valued. We particularly look for candidates with a background in Computer Science or Mathematics, coupled with sharp business acumen.

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a strong plus.

- Passion for Game AI

  • A genuine interest and enthusiasm for the intersection of AI and gaming is crucial.

  • The candidate should be ready to embrace technically challenging topics and possess a fast-learning ability, which includes engaging with technical materials such as AI research papers.

  • Prior, substantial experience in gaming and a passion for the industry are significant advantages.

- Interpersonal & Practical Skills

  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with leading academic institutions and companies in the AI/gaming field are important.

  • Proficiency in creating compelling presentations (PPT/Slide skills) is a strong plus.
