Title of the Position: Marketing Intern - Interlomas General Offices
• Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours.
• Profile: Students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Industrial Engineering, or International Business.
• Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from $9,500 - $18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.
• Duration: 12-18 months.
• Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 2027 and June 2027. English Advanced.

• About the role:
The Marketing Intern at P&G assists in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for leading brands, aiming to understand the market and consumer, and contribute to business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute brand plans, campaigns, and product launches, gaining practical experience in a dynamic and high-performance environment.
• Some of your tasks will be:
- Market and Consumer Analysis: Support in collecting and analyzing market data (trends, competitors, consumer behavior) to identify brand opportunities and challenges.
- Campaign Execution Support: Collaborate in planning and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including creating briefs, coordinating with agencies, and monitoring KPIs.
- Brand Project Management: Assist in managing specific brand projects, such as new product launches, in-store activations, or communication initiatives, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Job Qualifications
• Hard Skills:
- Data Analysis and Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), Power BI or Tableau for interpreting sales, market, and consumer data.
- Digital Marketing Platforms: Basic knowledge of platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads), or content and social media management tools.
- Marketing Knowledge (Theory and Strategy): Understanding of key concepts such as the marketing mix (4Ps), segmentation, positioning, product life cycle, and branding.
• Soft Skills:
- Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and propose creative and effective solutions.
- Proactivity and Adaptability: Initiative to take on new challenges, learn quickly, and adjust to changing work environments and continuous feedback.
- Effective Communication and Influence: Skill to communicate ideas clearly and concisely (oral and written), and to build relationships and collaborate effectively with different teams and levels.
• Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous Experience in Volunteering, Student Leadership, or Entrepreneurship: Demonstrates initiative, project management skills beyond academics, and leadership abilities, highly valued in P&G’s culture of “leadership from day one.”
