About the Role

Role Overview
As a key contributor at Transcarent, you will play an essential role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your daily responsibilities will include reporting and analysis to assist our leaders in meeting corporate utilization targets. By collaborating closely with stakeholders across various teams, you will gain insights into member needs, service utilization, and the operational factors influencing health outcomes. This role offers exposure to all of the non-clinical operational areas Transcarent, providing a comprehensive understanding of our business operations.

A Day in the Life…
* Data Reporting & Analysis: Use Tableau and SQL skills to monitor utilization data, flagging performance concerns, and analyzing potential solutions.
* Member Feedback Review: Analyze CSAT & NPS comments to identify patterns and potential causes of negative sentiment, helping to inform improvements in service delivery.
*  Stakeholder Collaboration: Meet with leaders and Ops stakeholders to review performance metrics, escalation data, and identify action points for improvement.
* Testing & Development: Work alongside the Analytics lead to test new apps or changes in existing applications, ensuring they meet standards before publication.
* Back Office Engagement: Collaborate with the Back Office team to identify potential solutions for engaging members in creative ways.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
* Depending on location, contribute in a hybrid or remote work environment.
* Self-Starter: Proactive attitude, with a desire to be part of a rapidly evolving, dynamic team.
* Excel Proficiency: Strong understanding of Excel, including the ability to create and modify formulas.
* Analytical Mindset: Interest in how business operations and analytics intersect to inform strategic decisions.
* Adaptability & Learning: Willingness to embrace challenges, learn quickly, and adapt when things don’t go as planned—embracing the “fail fast” mentality to drive improvement.

Total Rewards 

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
