About this role
We are a team of passionate people committed to finding and bringing in the best talent that helps Cialfo grow. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern to support the end-to-end recruitment process — from keeping pipelines healthy and interviews running on time, to ensuring every candidate has a great experience.
In this role, you will work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to keep the hiring engine moving. You'll own coordination, data hygiene, and follow-ups that directly impact how fast and how well we hire. What you'll do
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers, ensuring data is always accurate and up to date across active roles.
- Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal portals, and ensure listings are live and optimized.
- Own interview scheduling and coordination end-to-end — from sending invites and managing calendars to handling reschedules with minimal friction.
- Track candidate progress across every stage of the funnel and maintain clean, structured records in the ATS.
- Proactively follow up with candidates throughout the process to keep them engaged, informed, and reduce drop-offs at critical stages.
- Support the Talent team with reporting and dashboards to track hiring velocity, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Identify gaps in existing workflows and suggest process improvements to enhance both candidate and recruiter experience.
About you
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field — final-year students may also apply.
- Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in HR operations or recruitment support.
- Comfortable using Excel/Sheets, LinkedIn, ATS tools, or other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail with a structured approach to managing data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple hiring pipelines at once.
